We had an amazing stay at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha At the Mall. the staff, including JIANE, DILU, RITIKA, and MOBI from Engineering, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location near the Mall of the Emirates and Jumeirah Beach, as well as the easy access to everything, made it a perfect choice for shoppers, expatriates, and business travelers. the room was spacious, very clean, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. the hotel's proximity to the metro station and bus station made getting around convenient.

The surprise birthday cake for my wife was such a heartwarming gesture, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel's location was ideal, with convenient transport options and excellent dining nearby. I'll recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful as a budget traveler. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was very convenient, just opposite the Mall of Emirates, making it easy for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Ahmed who allowed us to check in early after a long trip. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great addition to the facilities. it was a pleasant experience for a budget-friendly stay.
The only improvement I would suggest is to have more towels available or replace them more frequently.

good location - close to the mall of emirates and metro. staff is very helpful and friendly. the view from the room on burj al arab is stunning. the food at kabayan brunch was fantastic and delicious. the hotel is clean and offers good entertainment options like a sports bar and pool.

Great location near the mall, quick access to metro, restaurants, and amenities. Clean rooms, helpful and supportive staff. Extended check-out at a reasonable price, early check-in, free car parking, and fantastic breakfast.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.
